Return & Exchange Policy
At Sabr by Dia, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We take great pride in curating and delivering handcrafted, designer products that reflect the rich artistry and heritage of Indian craftsmanship. While we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations, we understand that there may be rare instances where returns, exchanges, or alterations are necessary. This policy outlines the conditions and process for handling such requests, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for our valued customers.
When can an exchange be initiated?
You may request an exchange if:
- You received a faulty, defective, or physically damaged product.
- The product is not as described on the website.
When can a return be initiated?
A 100% refund will be processed if a defective or damaged item is delivered and Sabr by Dia is unable to provide a suitable replacement. The refund will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 7 working days.
What if there is a size or fit issue?
Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order. If a sizing issue arises:
- We can alter or exchange the item.
- Custom-made garments are not eligible for return unless received in a damaged condition and a replacement cannot be arranged. In such cases, only alteration or size exchange is possible.
Who arranges the reverse pickup?
Currently, Sabr by Dia does not offer reverse pickup. Customers must courier the product to our return address. After a successful quality check, the product will be either altered to your size or replaced as per the original order.
Who bears the cost for return shipping?
- For alterations, if the garment was made according to the size chart or measurements provided at the time of ordering, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
- For damaged, defective items or incorrect size issues, a Rs. 150 reimbursement will be issued (in the form of a promo code) after the returned item passes quality inspection.
How to initiate a return or exchange
You must raise a return/exchange request within 4 days of delivery.
Email us at sabrbydia@gmail.com with:
- Your Order Number
- Your Registered Email ID or Mobile Number
- The Product Name
- A detailed description of the issue/defect
Once approved, re-pack the item with all original packaging and tags intact, and courier it to:

Guidelines for Return Shipments
Do’s:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Ensure the package is securely packed to avoid loss or damage in transit.
- Use a reliable courier service for return shipments.
Don’ts:
- Items returned without tags or those showing signs of wear/use will not be accepted.
All returns must be received by us within 10 days of delivery.
What happens after the return is accepted?
Once your return passes our quality check:
- We will dispatch your exchange OR
- Initiate your refund directly to your bank account
If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, the item will be sent back to your shipping address and no refund or exchange will be processed.
Partial Refunds
If your order contains multiple items and we are unable to fulfill one or more:
- You can choose a replacement product, or
- Opt for a store credit or refund for the unavailable item(s)
Final decision regarding refunds lies at the sole discretion of Sabr by Dia.
Credit Timeline
For credit card payments:
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days from our end.
- Your bank may take an additional 2 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
Product Disclaimer
Each item at Sabr by Dia is handcrafted and artisan-made, which means:
- Slight variations in color, print, and detailing may occur.
- Product specifications such as weight, size, or embellishments are approximate.
Color variations may arise due to:
- Natural dyeing methods
- Lighting conditions during photography
- Display differences across devices/screens
These natural variations are a hallmark of our craftsmanship and not considered defects.
