At Sabr by Dia, every product is thoughtfully designed and meticulously handcrafted. Due to the intricate and one-of-a-kind nature of the ethnic items we offer, we make every effort to ensure that only the highest quality products reach you.
Delivery
Sabr by Dia ships worldwide and partners with reliable courier and logistics services to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.
Please note: Sabr by Dia is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address information. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
Shipping Charges
- India: Free shipping on all domestic orders.
- International: Shipping charges are based on actual courier costs. Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will notify you via email with the applicable courier charges. These must be paid before dispatch. A courier receipt will be shared with you for your reference.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery, either directly to our delivery partner or as per their advised method.
Shipping Timelines
Products marked as Made to Order (MTO) on sabrbydia.com are typically shipped within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order placement. We usually receive the items from our suppliers within three weeks, after which the order is prepared and shipped.
NOTE: This timeline is indicative and may vary depending on product availability, customisation requests, and other factors.
Transit Risk
All shipments dispatched by Sabr by Dia are fully insured at no extra cost to you.
Shipping Address Requirements
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Drop Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a complete shipping address with a valid postal code.
As noted earlier, Sabr by Dia is not liable for delays caused by incomplete addresses. Reshipping fees, if required, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Changing Shipping Address
Shipping address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please log into your account at sabrbydia.com, and update your address via the ‘My Account’ section. No changes will be accepted after this 24-hour window.
Orders with Multiple Products
If your order includes multiple items, we will typically dispatch them together. However, if your order includes customized items, the shipment will be dispatched once all customization is completed.
Delays in Delivery
In the event of delays due to natural disasters, public holidays, or other unforeseen events, Sabr by Dia will not offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges.
If a delay arises due to stock unavailability, we will inform you via email. You may then choose an alternative product, receive store credit, or request a refund for the unavailable item.

- All orders are shipped from India.
- The Billing Address is where your credit/debit card statements are sent.
- The Shipping Address is where you want your order to be delivered.
